Simple Strat Announces Leadership Transition as Founder Passes the Baton to New CEO

LINCOLN, Neb., Aug 27, 2025 — Simple Strat, a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner dedicated to helping SMB growth leaders maximize their impact with the HubSpot platform, today announced a strategic leadership transition. Founder Ali Schwanke will transition out of her role as CEO, with cofounder Tyler Samani-Sprunk stepping into the role of CEO on September 1, 2025, and acquiring full ownership of the company effective October 1, 2025.  

Ali, who founded Simple Strat in 2016, will support the company in a strategic capacity during this transition before fully exiting to pursue a new business interest. Under her leadership, Simple Strat grew from a locally focused marketing agency in Nebraska into a nationally recognized HubSpot platform and services expert, serving clients across the United States.

With the launch of HubSpot services through the HubSpot Solutions Partner program in 2018, Tyler spearheaded the company’s shift from marketing services to operational consulting, fueling growth and building a strong reputation for technical expertise and delivery excellence. 

Simple Strat has since expanded its team to multiple states, built the #1 Unofficial YouTube Channel for HubSpot Tutorials with nearly 30,000 subscribers, and earned recognition as a trusted partner for companies seeking to maximize the HubSpot platform.
